We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent, or if we have reason to believe that the equipment and/or visitors may be in danger. However, unless the weather is so bad as to risk our equipment or the safety of the users, we will leave the decision up to you since your area might not be as affected by weather conditions as another.
Some examples of severe weather include high winds (20 miles per hour), excessive rain, severe cold weather or snow, and lightening etc.
In the event of severe weather during the rental of a golf simulator, the customer is to immediately instruct all participants to exit the unit and allow us to secure or dismantle the structure. Use of the equipment should not resume until the severe weather has ended.
In the event of severe weather during the rental of a golf simulator, the customer is to immediately have all guests vacate the unit and move away to a safe location. Contact our office as soon as possible and inform us of any possible weather scenarios that may affect the rental date, so that we can determine if the event can go on or if the dates can be rescheduled.
